Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of creator-guard.com and the Creator Guard matching service (“the Service”). By using the website or submitting any form, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

1. What Creator Guard is

Creator Guard is a free matchmaking service for creators: you tell us about your situation and goals through our quiz, we review your submission, and we introduce you to vetted OnlyFans management agencies that fit your profile. We are an intermediary — we are not a management agency, talent agency, employer, or legal or financial advisor.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is strictly for adults.
• You must provide truthful, accurate information about yourself. Matches are only as good as the information you give us.
• You may only submit your own data — never someone else’s.

3. How matching works

• You complete the quiz and submit your contact details.
• We review your submission and typically reach out within 24–48 hours via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail.
• If a vetted partner agency fits your profile, we share your submission with that agency so it can offer you a collaboration (see our Privacy Policy).
• Whether you work with an introduced agency is entirely your decision. Any contract you sign is between you and the agency.

4. Free for creators — how we earn

The Service is free of charge for creators. We may receive compensation from partner agencies for successful introductions. This does not change what the Service costs you (nothing) and does not give any agency access to more of your data than described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Vetting — and its limits

We check partner agencies before working with them — including track record, contract terms and payout practices — and we remove agencies that fall short. However, agencies are independent companies whose conduct we do not control. An introduction is not a guarantee: you remain responsible for reviewing any contract before signing it, and we encourage you to ask questions and, for significant decisions, seek independent advice.

6. No earnings promises

Any figures shown on this website (e.g. in reviews or testimonials) describe individual experiences and are not a promise of results. Earnings as a creator depend on many factors we do not control. We make no guarantees about income, growth, or the outcome of any agency relationship.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false information or impersonate anyone.
• Do not scrape, probe or attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Do not use the website for anything unlawful.

We may refuse or discontinue the Service where these rules are violated.

8. Intellectual property

The website, its design, texts, guides and the Creator Guard brand are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially use them without our written permission. The free guides are for your personal use.

9. Availability and changes

We provide the website “as is” and aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, pause or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or arising from injury to life, body or health. We are not liable for the conduct of independent agencies, for decisions you make based on introductions, or for indirect damages such as lost profits. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

11. Leaving the Service

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Privacy Policy). An ongoing relationship with an agency is governed by your contract with that agency, not by these terms.
