You own the agency network end to end: sourcing strong partners, vetting them rigorously, negotiating fair terms, and being willing to walk away from anyone who doesn't meet our bar. In plain terms, you decide who creators get to trust. It's a role for someone with sharp judgment and a spine.

Who you’ll work with

You report to the founder and work closely with Creator Success and Operations. You own agency sourcing, vetting and the health of the whole network.

What you’ll do

  • Source, qualify and onboard new agency partners
  • Run our vetting process: track record, contracts, payout reliability and real references
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage partner relationships over time
  • Enforce our standards — and offboard partners who slip below them
  • Continuously sharpen how we vet and how we match, based on what you see
  • Own network growth and quality targets you help set
  • Be the firm, fair point of contact agencies respect

What success looks like in your first 90 days

  • Learned and tightened our vetting checklist end to end
  • Personally vetted and onboarded a first cohort of strong new agencies
  • Renegotiated or offboarded at least one underperforming partner
  • Defined the network growth and quality targets you'll run against

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Law or a related field
  • 3+ years in partnerships, business development or B2B sales
  • Genuinely sharp judgment and a strong instinct for risk and red flags
  • Comfortable holding a firm line in negotiations and saying no
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the creator, agency or talent-management landscape
  • Experience building or managing a partner or supplier network
  • A background that touches contracts or compliance
