Why join us

Build the trust layer for the creator economy.

Work that protects people

Creators get burned by bad agencies every day. What you build here genuinely protects their income and their peace of mind.

Real ownership, little red tape

Small team, fast decisions. You own your area end to end and see your work go live in days, not quarters.

Remote and async-first

Work from wherever you do your best work. We care about output and trust, not hours logged.

How we work

Perks, minus the fluff.

Fully remote

Work from anywhere. We optimize for async over meetings.

Flexible time off

Take the time you need to do great work and recharge.

Grow with us

Early team — your scope and impact grow as we do.

Fair pay + upside

Competitive salary and a real stake in what we build.

Small, kind team

No politics, low ego. Direct and honest by default.

The tools you need

The gear and software to do your best work.

Moritz Thelen, Founder of Creator Guard
From the founder

“I started Creator Guard because I watched too many creators get burned by agencies they had no way to check. We’re building the team that fixes that — people who are sharp, kind, and actually care about doing right by creators. If that’s you, I want to hear from you.”

What happens next

How hiring works.

  1. 1

    Apply

Send your CV and a few lines by email. We read every single application — no black hole, no ghosting.

  2. 2

    Intro call

A relaxed 30-minute chat to get to know each other and talk through the role and your questions.

  3. 3

    Practical deep-dive

A short, paid task or a role-focused interview — so you can show how you actually work, not just talk about it.

  4. 4

    Founder chat & offer

A final conversation with the founder, a quick reference check, and an offer. Welcome aboard.

The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks — and you’ll always hear back from us, yes or no.

Good to know

Before you apply.

Do I need to be in a specific country or time zone?
We’re a US company and we work async. We hire remotely across US and European time zones — what matters is solid overlap with the team, not where you sit.
Is the salary really listed?
Yes. Every role shows a real USD range up front — no games, no vague “competitive” hand-waving.
Do I need a degree?
Yes — every role requires a relevant degree, listed on the role. Beyond that, we care most about what you’ve actually built or done.
How long does hiring take?
Usually 1–2 weeks from application to offer, and you’ll always hear back — even if it’s a no.
What makes a strong application?
A short, specific note on why this role, plus a couple of links or examples of your work. That beats a long, generic cover letter every time.

Don’t see your role?

We always want to meet sharp, kind people who care about creators. Tell us what you’d do here and why.
