Creators come to us at a high-stakes moment: deciding who to trust with their income and their brand. You're the person who makes that feel safe. You guide creators from their very first match through a working, lasting partnership — listening, smoothing the rough edges, and making sure the match actually delivers. You are the creator's advocate inside the company, and the human face of a brand built entirely on trust.

You work day to day with creators and our vetted agencies, and closely with the Partnerships Manager and the founder. You own the creator relationship end to end.
What you’ll do
- Onboard newly matched creators and deeply understand their goals and worries
- Coordinate between creators and agencies to keep every match on track
- Check in proactively, catch problems early and resolve them fast
- Reduce drop-off by spotting where and why people stall
- Collect structured feedback and verified reviews after each match
- Bring the voice of the creator into product, matching and partnership decisions
- Keep clean notes and a clear, up-to-date pipeline of every relationship you own
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- Owned the full onboarding journey for new creators end to end
- Built a simple, repeatable check-in cadence that catches issues early
- Collected your first batch of verified reviews and fed the insights back
- Cut avoidable drop-off at one clear point in the journey
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or a related field
- 2+ years in account management, customer success or a client-facing role
- Genuinely empathetic, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised — you keep many relationships warm without dropping a ball
- Discreet, level-headed and comfortable in a sensitive industry
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience in the creator economy or a marketplace business
- A second language
- Comfort using a CRM to keep a pipeline tidy
