You build the product creators and agencies actually touch — the quiz, the matching, the admin and the marketing site. Small team, fast loop, real ownership: you ship features end to end and you keep them healthy. You won't be a ticket-taker; you'll help decide what we build and why. Our stack is Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind and Supabase / Postgres, deployed on Netlify.

You work directly with the founder and the marketing team, and own significant parts of the product end to end. Small team — your code ships to production constantly.
What you’ll do
- Ship features across the stack with Next.js, React and TypeScript
- Model data and build securely against Supabase / Postgres, including RLS
- Improve the quiz funnel, the admin tools and overall performance
- Care about SEO, accessibility and Core Web Vitals — they drive the business
- Own quality end to end: you build it, you test it, you keep it working
- Help shape the roadmap, not just execute tickets
- Keep the codebase clean and a pleasure for the next person to work in
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- Shipped meaningful features to production in your first few weeks
- Took ownership of an end-to-end part of the product (e.g. the funnel or admin)
- Made a measurable improvement to performance, SEO or conversion
- Left the codebase cleaner than you found it
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years building and shipping production web apps
- Strong TypeScript and React / Next.js
- Comfortable with SQL and relational data (Postgres a plus)
- Care for quality, performance and the details users feel
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Tailwind, Supabase and analytics tooling
- A real eye for SEO, performance and conversion
- Experience in a small, fast-moving team
