We're an early-stage, founder-led team, which means a real budget, fast decisions and almost no process between you and a good idea. Who you’ll work with

You report directly to the founder and work closely with the Social & Content Lead and our Full-Stack Engineer to ship landing pages and tracking. The growth number is yours to own.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and Reddit
  • Own the full funnel — from the first ad impression to a completed quiz — and the landing pages in between
  • Set, track and relentlessly improve CAC, conversion rate, ROAS and LTV
  • Build and run a structured experiment roadmap (creative, audiences, offers, pages) and document what works
  • Partner with content and SEO so paid and organic compound instead of competing
  • Manage the marketing budget and decide where every dollar goes
  • Report growth honestly to the founder each week and turn the data into the next bet
  • Find new channels and angles before the rest of the market does

What success looks like in your first 90 days

  • Audited our funnel and tracking and fixed the biggest leaks
  • Got at least two paid channels live, measured and improving
  • Stood up a clean, trustworthy reporting view for CAC, conversion and ROAS
  • Shipped a tested experiment roadmap with early winners identified

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field
  • 3+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally at a startup or agency
  • Proven, hands-on experience running paid social and Google Ads at meaningful budgets
  • Strong analytical instincts — fluent in GA4, spreadsheets and attribution
  • A bias for testing and a habit of documenting what you learn
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to creators or in the creator economy
  • Working knowledge of SQL and event / conversion tracking
  • A track record of building a channel from zero
