The matching only works if the operation behind it is tight — and right now that operation is being built. You keep lead flow clean, data trustworthy, and creators and agencies unblocked, and you design the processes that let us scale without breaking. It's a rare early-career role with real ownership from day one: a sharp generalist here will touch almost every part of the business.

You work across the whole team — Creator Success, Partnerships and the founder — and own the day-to-day engine that keeps matches moving.
What you’ll do
- Run the day-to-day matching operation and manage lead flow end to end
- Keep our data clean, structured and genuinely trustworthy
- Support creators and agencies and unblock them quickly
- Write and continuously improve SOPs as we grow
- Spot process gaps and propose fixes before they become real problems
- Help with reporting, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis
- Be the person who notices what's about to break and quietly fixes it
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- Took full ownership of lead flow and the day-to-day matching operation
- Cleaned up our core data and set simple rules to keep it clean
- Documented the key processes as clear, repeatable SOPs
- Shipped at least one process improvement that saved real time
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Economics or a related field
- 1–3 years in operations, coordination or an analyst role
- Detail-obsessed, reliable and genuinely proactive
- Fluent with spreadsheets and no-code / automation tools
- A clear communicator who keeps everyone in the loop
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Basic SQL or experience with CRMs and automation tools
- Startup or marketplace experience
- An eye for turning messy processes into clean ones
