You own how Creator Guard shows up in the world — Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit. We already have a strong brand and a full asset kit; your job is to turn that into a consistent, growing presence creators actually want to follow, and a content engine that feeds the rest of marketing. This is a hands-on builder role: you plan it, you make it, you ship it, and you own the growth of the audience.

You work closely with the Growth Marketer and the founder, and own the brand voice across every channel. The brand and asset kit already exist — you make them move.
What you’ll do
- Own the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit
- Plan, script, shoot and edit posts and short-form video
- Grow the audience and manage the community day to day
- Keep everything sharply on-brand and on-voice
- Turn insights from creators and data into content that actually converts
- Collaborate with growth on launches, campaigns and paid creative
- Track what performs and double down on it
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- Established a consistent, on-brand posting cadence across the main channels
- Shipped a batch of short-form video and found your first repeatable formats
- Grew engagement on at least one channel measurably
- Built a lightweight content system the rest of the team can plug into
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field
- 2+ years owning social media or content for a brand
- Strong taste and a real feel for what performs on short-form
- Confident with copywriting and hands-on video editing
- Organised enough to run a calendar without dropping quality
- Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- You've grown an account meaningfully in the creator space
- Comfortable on camera
- Basic design skills (the brand kit gives you a head start)
