Our editorial policy.
This page explains how content on creator-guard.com is researched, written, checked, translated, and corrected. In short: research against external sources, AI-assisted drafting under an 18-point editorial gate, named human authors who take responsibility, and strict independence rules — coverage cannot be bought.
Researched, drafted with AI, gated by 18 checks.
Articles start with research against current external sources. Drafting is AI-assisted — we say that openly — and every article must then pass an editorial gate of 18 checks, 9 of them hard blockers: an article that fails any blocker is not published.
The gate includes:
- Enough depth to actually answer the question — a minimum length and a clear section structure
- A direct answer at the top and a real FAQ section
- At least one external source — and every statistic backed by one
- Internal links that connect the article to our published vetting methodology
- No keyword stuffing — articles are written for readers first
- Publication in all 14 languages, each through its own quality gate
The same checklist keeps running against articles after publication — anything that falls below the standard gets flagged for revision.
Named authors, real accountability.
Every article is published under the name of a real member of the team — with photo, bio, and LinkedIn profile linked on the about page.
The people behind the content: Moritz Thelen (founder), Sarah Chen (creator success), and Emma Thompson (agency relations).
Sources & numbers
Claims are grounded in external sources. A statistic without a source does not survive the editorial gate — on money topics, an invented number is disqualifying.
Corrections
Found an error? Report it through the contact page or to info@creator-guard.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days, and we correct verified errors.
Updates
Every article carries its publication and last-updated dates. Published content keeps being audited against the same 18-point checklist and is revised when it falls below the standard.
Translated — with a structural safety net.
Each article is written once by the team as a source article and then translated into the other 13 languages, so creators can read it natively.
Every translation must pass a structural quality gate before it goes live: headings, lists, tables, and links have to match the source, and truncated or broken translations are held back instead of published.
Coverage is not for sale.
No agency can pay for placement, a better score, or favorable coverage — and if any placement on this site were ever paid, it would carry a visible “Sponsored” label. How we earn instead:
Every agency must pass our vetting — that is a precondition, and it cannot be bought. Only afterwards can an agency buy contracts from us. No payment changes the outcome of a review, and no payment buys a recommendation.
